Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has always been part of MSMD values, guiding us in decision-making and operations. It is infused into our business practices, and we are committed to operate in a transparent and ethical way while contributing to the nation’s economic and social development. Our CSR portfolio covers two aspects: Employee Care and Social Care.
Under Employee Care, in order to provide a rewarding and supportive working environment for employees, MSMD encourages continual professional and personal development for staffs through various training programs, workshops, seminars, counseling and etc. MSMD also organizes frequent sports activities within and outside the workplace were held to promote healthier living and also encourages more interaction amongst employees with company trips, family days and dinners during the year.
